- Each tablet provides 3000µg (micrograms) of Vitamin A in the Retinyl Acetate form, which is a highly bioavailable, active form of Vitamin A. This is 375% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Value, which indicates the recommended daily intake of a vitamin or mineral that a healthy person needs to prevent deficiency.
We use Retinyl Acetate, a preformed (active) version of Vitamin A that your body can use straight away; unlike beta-carotene, which must be converted first. This makes it highly effective for supporting healthy skin, normal vision, and immune function. Retinyl Acetate is also a stable form of Vitamin A, meaning it maintains its potency well over time.
